Fresh from the Fender Custom Shop is this sweet '60 Custom Telecaster NOS in Chocolate Sunburst. This guitar is in new and unplayed NOS condition.

This gorgeous Tele has a premium Alder body with no aging (NOS format), a Chocolate Sunburst nitrocellulose lacquer finish and a total weight of just 7 pounds, 9 ounces.   It has a quarter-sawn Maple neck with a 60's oval C shape and depth measurements of .79" at the first fret and .93" at the twelfth fret. The lovely dark Rosewood fretboard has a 9.5" radius,  medium jumbo frets and a 1.650" bone nut. It has a three-ply mint green pickguard with the protective film from the factory still intact. The electronics include a hand wound '63 Tele single coils, with volume and tone controls, a three way switch and modern wiring.

To my eyes, there are few guitars that are more beautiful than a double-bound Telecaster. As beautiful as this guitar is, however, it plays and sounds even better.  Please check out the brief sound sample provided.  This guitar has the vintage Tele twang that is sure to please. It plays superbly too with a nice low factory setup with no buzzing.

This guitar was completed just last month (10/22/2019) and is in perfect, as new condition, just as it came from the factory. It has seen light test play only.  I'm calling it "mint" rather than "new" simply because I am not an authorized Fender dealer and cannot offer the factory warranty.  It comes in it's original G&G case with the certificate of authenticity and all the original accessories.
